Antonia Deluca
Born in 1966 in Matera, she trained as an Infant School teacher and obtained diplomas in agro-technical studies and accounting.
She also specialised as a Training Counsellor in Spoleto, acquiring skills in relational dynamics and conflict mediation.
She has worked in Customer Services and Front Office in a large distribution company.
She has ten years of experience in industrial relations and has managed helplines in public community projects.
She volunteers for a social promotion association which provides support to women.
In February 2019, after being selected by the Foundation she now works in the Front Office of the General Secretariat.
She is fond of nature and animals, and in her spare time loves reading, listening to music and travelling.
