A graduate in international cooperation at the “L'Orientale” University of Naples, since 2011 she has been working as a consultant for public administration, dealing with the administrative management of European cooperation projects financed by ESF, ERDF and EAFRD funds (South-East Europe, InterregMed and Interreg Europe programmes). In 2013 she completed a second-level master’s in cultural policy and management at the University of Arts in Belgrade and the Lumière UniversityLyon II. In 2014 she worked as an Assistant to the Project Manager for the European cultural network Banlieues d'Europe in Lyon, managing projects financed by the programmes Creative Europe, Youth in Action and Erasmus Plus. After spending five years working and studying in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia and France, in 2015 she came back to Italy and has since collaborated with various creative organisations in Basilicata (Arci, Multietnica, Associazione Krikka, Cecilia Centro per la Creatività). She speaks fluent English and French and has enough Serbo-Croatian to blend in with ease on her frequent journeys to the former Yugoslavia. In December 2017 she joined the Matera 2019 team, where she deals with Monitoring, Reporting and Human Resources in the Administration and Finance Area.
